I have a question about color commentators. Aren't they supposed to be objective in their commentary? I was watching the Dallas/Detroit game the other day and after a while I was waiting for them to show the announcers in the booth only to see Brian Baldinger wearing a Dallas jersey. I mean he was borderline flat out rooting for Dallas at times. It was down right sickening how much he talked up Dallas and tore down Detroit who happened to be winning the freaking game. I know he played for Dallas and all but jeezus he's supposed to be objective. Shouldn't former players be barred from doing games involving teams they once played for? And believe me, he isn't the only one. I've watched plenty of games where I thought I was listening to one team's radio broadcast.

Ever listen to Troy Aikman when they are covering a Dallas game, or when anyone is playing Philly?

Ever listen to Phil Simms when New England plays?

Yeah, it's bad. And I am glad Dallas lost not only because of Baldinger, but because they SUCK.

He should wear that jersey to Seattle on Saturday.

I gotta disagree with you on Aikman. He's actually quite objective even when doing Dallas games.

Yeah you are right.

Except again for when we played Dallas in week five.

Yeah the Dallas color commentary while they lost to Detroit was great IMO... he looked and sounded like a complete fool. Anytime there's a fool commenting on football, I'm having a great time.
