Stadium Question RE: Roof

Why haven't the Cardinals put the logo at the top of the building as stated in the design plans....on the roof top where the roof opens.

During the bowl games they did some goodyear blimp shots from the top. It would have been cool to see the Cardinals logo as orig. designed.

it would have been even cooler to have the roof open. im a lil upset about that. it was so nice out last night. and the blimp shots would have been so much nicer.

I like seeing the stadium without a rooftop logo. I must give props to Mr. B for not invading the stadium with advertisements. Unlike Chase and US Airways Center, the billboards in the stadium were small and tended to blend in with the design (except that huge ugly Bud Red Zone crap).

At one time, the City of Phoenix did not permit names to be placed on our downtown high-rise buildings. Back then we had a very clean skyline with tall buildings that reflected the sun.

Don't you think that the huge letters on four sides of the stadium "University of Phoenix Stadium", has drastically hurt the beautiful architectural of the stadium?

my guess is that the AZ STA has something to say about that one. it certianly looks good with the logo up there, but our stadium or more than just about the cardinals.

What good is a retractable roof if they never use it? They should of had the roof open last night. Of course, it's the money factor that kept it closed.

I turned off my heater and opened doors Monday,Tuesday and today.

I said before, it was such a waste to pay extra for that roof and they dont use it!!!!. I was going to give my fair share to the roof this weekend when we were to go to Flag, but that trip has been cancled.

I never saw a blimp all weekend. All I saw and HEARD!!!! were helicopters!!!! esp. the one that parked over our house Monday night and stayed there from 10-10:30 pm!!!!!!

they put it up before the week of the bcs it is on the west side of the roof
