The Cards home schedule for 2007 is weak and lacks in exciting teams coming to Glendale. The huge prices STH's were getting for the Cowboys, Bear's, 49ers and Steelers won't be repeated.
It's all about that demand vs. supply thing, and it looks like the demand just won't be that high for these visiting teams in 2007.

winning or losing, there are tons of Browns fans(including myself as I am the only fool who roots for 3 troubled teams in Detroit, Cleveland, and Arizona) in the valley.

hahahahah I ONLY root for the Cardinals!:Cards logo:
One benefit of the 'weak' home schedule is that Cardinals fans should have complete control of that stadium. I cannot see any of the visiting teams bringing tons of fans except the Steelers.
Whats up with playing the Lions at home two years in a row? (not that I'm complaining... possible win there)

This will be the 7th straight year we've played them and so far the home team has won every time

That's because we have both SUCKED for the last 7 years. Hopefully, we will get them EARLY in the season so that a win = progress instead of meaningless futile win or final insult as it has the last 7 years.

Exactly!!! I don't think I'll ever sell my seats. I watch this team YEAR ROUND 365 1/4 days a year. I don't follow any other sport. I drive 4 hours to AZ and 4 hours home for every game and I'll drive if the Cards are 0-15 going into the last game of the season.
My seats are not for sale....and if I sold them for a ton of cash I'd make sure I had another seat. I go to every game!
scalp away and I'll make it as UNFUN for the person sitting near me wearing anything but red.

I buy Cards tickets to have fun and get out and go to the games, If you are worried about a profit, I hope you don't make any money this year or any other year. If you don't want your tickets don't buy them, or give them or sell them for face value to a cards fan. :topic:

For some reason, when I use Internet Exploiter on my computer at work, I end up with strange typos like this. Should say "that's THE way to go."

I think reselling of tickets will have more to do with whether or not the place is sold out again next year. I have tickets in row 6 of the Terrace and I see many people in our section struggling to get to their seats because they have mobility problems that they didn't realize would be a problem getting to row 22. I wish I had a dime for every beer spilled while people were trying to climb those stairs without the handrail. It was really sad sometimes watching these people stuggle week after week. I suspect there will be more than a few drops, which will make it better for those trying to buy MORE.
And besides, there are fans of every other team every week. Just some are better than others.

As the novelty of the new stadium wears off, the demand for tickets will probably decrease. Im hoping that that will be offset by us winning more games and generating excitement based on whats on the field. I truly believe this will start happening beginning in 2007. Go Cards!!!

I wager that the stadium will be sold out for years to come. If not by the fans, the brokers will buy out the seats. This is one unique stadium and will be a showcase for tourist.:Cards logo:

Yes, that's true. And think how boring it would be if other fans DIDN'T come to watch and if other fans didn't think it worth their while to watch their team play the Cardinals. Adds to the excitement I think. Just my 2 cents.
