So I've been messing around with a few, and here are some to check out. Let me know what you think. Depending on the # of colors and how many frames is what distorts the color and makes it look a little funny, but what can ya do?

Kid, you are more than welcome to yours, and Booman, the cheerleader is for YOU, but unfortunately, the cheerleader is 444kb and the limit is 293 so that ONE won't work. My bad!!!

It's a two or 3 step process assuming you have the video. I use Macs, and quicktime pro helps a lot. I select a couple of seconds of one of my highlight videos and then go to edit>trim to selection and the export it to ANOTHER quicktime movie but resize it to 110x80 and make sure you don't include audio. Then I open the new SMALLER movie and export it as a JPEG image sequence into a new folder I create on the desktop. Then, I use a program called "Giffun" which is free (not sure if they have for windows). The cool thing is, you can just drag the folder in it and I change the frame rate in Preferences to "3" instead of the default "20" (it determines the speed). Then I save it as an animated gif (if you change the filename, make sure you put .gif at the end of the filename).

BOOM, YOU ARE DONE. Sounds easy huh? Well maybe not to some, but it's simple once you get a system down.

If you have a regular old PC, then I suggest some software by "ULEAD". There's a 15 day trial out there on download.com or tucows.com but it might be worth the $29.95 if you like it, but I know it's pretty easy to use. I used it a few years ago, but they don't make it for macs so...

Good luck
