I really think this time the Cardinals have put together a staff that will make this team a winner.
Grimm coming over to asst. was a great addition.
This organization is showing it is really and truly trying to turn this team into a winning team.
I for one really like what i see.

This time I see the compentency that the coaching staff had coming in which we needed. Now we need to spend some money on some good o-line personnel like Starks, etc. so we can consistently run the kind of offense Whisenhunt likes. We also need a Willie Parker type like a Peterson to be taken in the first round of the draft. On defense we're going to need more of a pass rush, so I might be looking for a DE in the 2nd round. This staff also has to determine who out of the 5-11 team from last year needs to be gone and replace them with better players. The key to this season now is if we see this team not very far under the cap by seasons start, we know then they are serious about winning because they would have spent money for a good offensive line and key defensive personnel to make this team a contender. We have the coaching, now the front office needs to give them the resources to do their jobs.
