Thinking of Barbosa today reminded me of Secretariat

With the putting down of Barbosa, a beautiful horse I thought you folks would like to see what it take to be a triple crown winner. These three races will forever be my greatest pleasures in horse racing. Secretariat was the 9th horse to win the triple crown . Uhh yeah, I'm pretty sure Barbosa is ok. He turns the ball over sometimes, but I'm pretty sure that D'antoni isn't going to have him put down anytime soon.

As for Barbaro... I dont see how you could compare him to Secretariat.. The horse won 1 leg (no pun intended) of the Triple Crown.
Dont get me wrong.
It's sad that the horse got hurt and eventually died, but I find it interesting that so many people in this country will mourn a stupid horse for 8 months but not give the thousands of AMERICAN soldiers that are dying in Iraq a second thought.
