Everyone can stop wondering...relocation is over. I spoke with a rep today and everything has been finalized. The new invoices are being printed this week.

I can verify that this is true. I just called a ticket rep (before I saw this post) and she told me the same thing. The online invoices will not update until the new invoices are sent out next week. They have finished everything. Wow, it didn't take long to move through those requests.

I just off off the phone with a rep that lets just say was less then helpful and he told me they still were not done. I asked when I would know.. He said sometime this week. The thing was that I didn't know is that he said they would move you and if I was my seat was already gone.. I was like , hey I would have liked to have known what was open before you just moved me. Said wasn't the way it worked, lets just say, that's not a good way to run a business.

It sucks, but if you think about it, it's the only thing that makes sense.

I'm in the ROH on the visitor's 20. I want to move closer to the 50, but I'm scared to death of the front row aisle seats with a view of plexiglass and railings .

We asked to move closer to the 50 anyway.

Well suppose some guy in the cheap seats just wants to move to the ROH. They decide to move me to the 50. Do they wait for me to decide if I like the move before they plug the other guy into my old seats? What if this chain is 10 or 15 people long. What happens if one guy says "no thanks, I'll stay put." Do they start over?

I'm no expert in seat management, but I would have to say the only way to do it is to reassign all the seats before you tell anyone where they'll be sitting for the next year.

I also don't understand the hurry. Hell, I'm as curious as anyone where my seats will be. But finding out in April or July really doesn't affect me very much.

Larry's right. There is just no way with the number of requests that come in to call everyone and ask if it's ok. Then the STH would say"well, what else you got?". And on, and on, and on. They could only do one request at a time. And what if they couldn't get in touch with someone. Why does one person hold up a process that invloves thousands? That's why they tell you to be as specific as you want to be on the relo paperwork. I do hope we all get what we wanted or better!!!

Now it's on to the waiting list. If you are on there, post it here and let us know what happened!!

You can't please everyone all the time! I'm on the waiting list - if the ticket rep was right, I should be #7100 or so. :cardinals:

I also feel that's it's the only way to do it. You can ensure you get what you want by being really specific, like, rows 3-8 only, aisle or middle or whatever.

You deserve great seats and I hope you get exactly what you wanted. If not, then I guess you'll have to fall back on the old Cardinal saying "Wait til next year!"

It sucks to wait!!!!!
