It looks like fullback A.J. Schable could be done for the year. He suffered an injury to his right foot in the morning practice. The final diagnosis isn't in, but it's looks like he suffered a fracture that will require surgery.
Also, OT, Frank Gore broke his hand and will miss the preseason.

thats sad. aj schable was a true blue collar type. an undrafted free agent that switches positions in the NFL. great guy i hope they dont cut him.

Schable is one of those guys its easy to root for....BUT the beat goes on.

He's under contract. So it's IR, and possibly followed by an injury settlement and release.

Aj Schable Is A Great Player!!! The Cardinals Need To Keep Him....could Be One Of The Best Special Team Players In The League. He Is A Stud.

Hey, All I am saying is I have seen this guy play in college and all of last year. I think he is a great player and is a huge asset to the Cardinals!:Cards logo:

I personally like A.J. I think that he is a good player, and a good person, off of the field. Like I said before, he has the "whatever you want me to do, coach" personality.
When he gets into the games, he does his job. I hope that all works out. I want to see him on the field again.
