Newark, NJ Shootings

I don't know how many of you have been following this story but in a nutshell, a few weeks ago 4 Rutgers students were shot execution style in a school playground with 3 dying. So far 2 arrests have been made. 1 was a 15 year old boy and the other a 31 year old illegal alien from Peru. Wait, it gets better. The Peruvian illegal had already been in custody before the shooting. He had been arrested for, now I hope you all are sitting, raping a 5 year old girl over a period of 4 years. So this scumbag was raping a little girl sine she was 1 year old. Now comes the twist. When he was arrested for the rapes, the judge in the case cut his bail in half because he couldn't afford the bail not to mention Newark's refusal to turn this idiot over to the Feds. IMO the victims of this shooting should sue the judge as well as the Newark Police Dept. and the Newark Mayor who, btw, feels that the shooter's immigration status is irrelevant. Well, not surprising considering that Newark is considered a sanctuary city.

Now, how many crimes by illegals are we going to have to put up with before something is done? And I'm talking about the one's who have been arrested before then just let go. This is really getting out of hand.

It's a shame when people allow this lack of law enforcement to continue. It happens here also.

As horrible as this is, I think we here in Arizona have enough immigrant issues to deal with. So it may seem that this is common place, to our locals. It makes me soooo mad when I hear these stories.

The bottom line is your position is correct. We need to do something about this problem, not only in dealing with immigrants in the courts, but our citizens also. When someone is arrested for crimes such as, sexual assault, robbery and so-on, we don't need to make it easier for them to make bail. These are serious criminals and should be treated as the threat they are. An immidiate and deadly threat.
