New NFL Season

I can't believe another season is here. Tomorrow night we get our first taste of real NFL football - where the wins / losses matter and the stats go in the record book.

I am hoping that, unlike most years, I am not wondering what happened to our team by the midway point of the season.

I hope the Cards go out Monday night and play like it is our Superbowl. I hope that the Cards play every Sunday like it is their Superbowl for the rest of the season.

I dream of the Cards defending their home turf in the upcoming Superbowl.

I hope the Cards believe in themselves and eachother enough to be successful.

I am going to keep on hoping...

It's finally here..


It's been 214 days since the super bowl..

214 days without "meaningful" football.

Tonight, The Colts and the Saints end that dry spell and officially kick off the 2007-2008 Season.

I'm excited, but the day I most look forward to is Monday Night! :cardinals:

I'm looking forward to the game, but I really don't want to see them waste time with a concert. I never have liked that idea, but I guess I can sit through it if the game is worth watching.

Wow.
I mean it felt long, but that it has been that long surprises me. I guess it didn't seem so long to me because of NFL Europe, but now that that's gone I guess after this season I'll totally be going crazy in the offseason ;)

But for now lets focus on this year.
