Take a look at this comparison of the last Osama/Usama Bin Laden video in 2004 and the one just released by Al Quaeda:

The CIA says it's him and it's recent, but I don't think it's the same guy - looks like a (rather poor) lookalike to me.

maybe he saw the commercial with keith hernandez and walt frazier and decided to try some just for men and trimmed the beard a little.

Or maybe it was the commercial where the guy with grey hair was thinking his life was going downhill until he used just for men.

Maybe he is trying to look younger to court another wife.

You never know!

It could well be selective, unchecked release (of the tape) to incite more amongst the American people...
But this scare tactic has really lost its luster, methinks.

What I understand is that allegedly what he says on the video are talking points such as global warming. Looks like the political left has an ally in Al-Qaeda.

The CIA also said "slam dunk" regarding Saddam's WMD programs (via George Tenet) and knew everything there was to know about Al Quaeda's operations before 9/11, right?

Don't believe everything you see on "24". It's mostly guesswork, and sometimes they are wrong. Also, sometimes they can be intentionally "wrong" in their public opinion, but I'm not going to get into that one. :wink:

Here's some interesting information (http://www.boomantribune.com/?op=displaystory;sid=2007/9/9/61032/95401) that has me wondering if this might not be a real "current" tape but instead a use of old footage with new content. His clothing is exactly the same as it was back in several tapes in 2003 and 2004.
