A thought shared by many desperate dreamers.

Jake Plummer is retired and his rights are owned by another team.

Here's the deal. We HAVE to get a QB. If Kurt's actually torn ligaments, then it's going to be ALOT longer then everyone here anticipates. I will gaurantee you that it's a minimum 4-6 games. To put this in perspective, Anquan didn't even tear anything, and he's not played in 3 straight games.

So, knowing that, we are down to Tim Rattay as the starter. If this is the case, you may as well just start going over the list of Top 10 college players, since that's where we will be drafting.

And since we only have 1 QB left on the roster, that means we're going to have to bring in somebody. Whos that somebody going to be. Gimme a name.

A Jake Plummer reunion after living in the mountains of Idaho with the Cardinals, and the weapons of Anqun, Larry, and Byrant have Disney comback movie of the year written all over it. But realize that Jake Plummer is only 1 season out of playing in the AFC Championship game before getting the royal screw job of the century by Mike Shanahan.

Last years Denver season was riddled with injuries, carrosell RB by committee. Denver was in the playoff hunt until the QB switch and ultimate benching of Plummer. Shannahan's ego is what kept Denver out of the playoffs last year, NOT Jake Plummer. Jake was 7-4 last season at the time he got his chain yanked. The Broncos went 2-3 with Cutler at the helm. They would have been 1-4 if it wasn't for a botched snap by the Cincy Bungles.

Do you even think Plummer Wants to play anymore??? He was always a strange bird and after Tillman was killed he seemed to turn even more granola....Think he is enjoying life as a potato farmer in Idaho and won't look back...What are your thoughts???

Agreed.

I think if he *wanted* to playe, he would *be* playing for the team that owns him.

I think people are jumping at shadows and hitting panic buttons pre-maturely in reguard to Kurts injury. As I said before, rehab time on a grade 2 ligament sprain is 2-3 weeks for a normal person without a full medical staff at their becon call. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Kurt start vs. Tampa Bay after the bye.

Lets get the official report on Kurt before we panic shall we? And this is like the 10th "Get Jake Plummer" thread, it's getting ridiculous. Jake isn't coming back.. get over it.
