I know there was another post saying warner will be out till after the bye (1 game), but is this confirmed or speculation? Is it just a strained elbow or what?
:banghead:
:cardinals:
NFL.com states "Warner is out indefinitely"

From AZcentral this morning.
Kurt Warner underwent an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of the injury to his left elbow, which knocked him out of Sunday's loss to Carolina in the first quarter. Warner said Sunday night that he has torn ligaments but was hopeful of returning within a few weeks time.
The MRI results will determine the validity of Warner's optimism, and they weren't available on Monday.

Here's the deal..If we don't go trade for a starting QB, I personally feel that puts the team at greater risk. Sure I wanted Warner to play hurt on Sunday, because it's a heck of a lot easier to do it the same day you get the injury, then it is when it's healing. Go get someone so Warner can worry about healing. Let Rattay learn the offense better. Tim Hasselbeck is NOT that guy. This is a flippin TERRIBLE move.
The trade dealines today, and my gut feel says that nothing drastic is going to happen. And the thing that relly t's me off is we can recover from this. I LOVE the Jake Plummer idea, but someone even brought up Drew Bledsoe. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that idea too. That doesn't even require a trade.

Hmmm...Bledsoe, eh?
Not the worst option. WOuld have been nice to see better play out of him in Dallas but, I wouldn't hate that move.

I'm afraid I really don't understand what takes so long to get the results of the MRI. Are we keeping the info from the REDSKINS? This isn't rocket science, give us the results. Many outlets say the cards have signed hasselbeck but everything local says they are planning to sign him. Are they or aren't they. I am not normally a complainer but how long do the fans have to wait for this info? This is all ridiculous!
