I havent seen much improvement and maybe you dont draft a O.Lineman so high? Maybe you need a better overall group who believes in teamwork.

Gallery is not the dominant OL some predicted in fact he's not even an LT on that team. He's kind of light.

That being said most LTs in the NFL were 1st rounders. It depends on the player like always. Pace was drafted #1 and he worked out fine.

He was so highly regarded(Gallery). Its sad to see the high rated players not live up to the hype......Do you think its too much money in the beginning?

Raiders ain't going to do nothing next year. Kansas City, Broncos, and Chargers will have good season but Raiders will falter again.

LT believe it or not is not the easist position to pick up. Its not just one year then your a probowler. Guys never come out of college and dominate there first year. All the good LT in the league right now were drafted in 97' or lower. It takes years to become a dominant LT in this league. Maybe in about 5 more years Gallery will too.
