The Mayor of NYC is hardly "unqualified," to be President. NYC is the 4th largest government in America and the 17th largest economy in the world. As mayor, he had to deal with more national security issues than most governors.

I'd never vote for Rudy b/c he's pro-choice and a warmonger. but I feel the need to clarify this. (though I am bewildered as to why he hasn't emphasized this more, his campaign people are truly awful)
