But we play the Hawks twice in the reg. season, which, according to you will equal 2 losses right there. That means we have to go at least 10 & 4 the rest of the way... Impossible? no... Likely? NOPE!!

Green is signed for 4 years plus has an option for a 5th.
There is no reason to extend him at this time.
When team wins I am sure Green will want to stay here and supervise his CREATION he won't leave to start all over again somewhere else.
So he will give the Bidwills a fair deal. And they will be fair with him. To Green getting an extra million here or there won't matter for 12 years he has been trying to win a SB. It eats away at him. 98 eats away at him. It's the final thing to be added to his resume and his ticket to the Hall of Fame.
Coach who turned around the sorriest franchise in football into a SB winner. Imagine... :toot: :toot: :toothorn:

Thanks for looking out for the team. Hey I bet Rod hasnt thought of this yet, you should give him a call, Im sure he'd like to save some money, maybe we can use it to try to beat the Browns in the FA Bowl!
P.S. if you're like 12 years old I apologize for giving you a hard time.

I always did say that people don't want to give Denny credit where credit is due. Green is a great head coach if you look at how many different QB's he won with. Don't forget he was one game away from going to the superbowl. People just need to give this guy time to get the right players together and also getting them to learn how to play together and the Cards will be a contender. I think if the Cards start winning this season Green will be with this orginazation for a long time.

Talk about counting chickens before they're hatched, Green's record with the Cardinals is what? He isn't going anywhere, if the Cards win at least 7 games this year then stay the course. Only if they make the playoffs this year or next does any extension talk have merit.

I agree with signing him to an extension.
Think of all the years this team was looked at like San Fran is now.
Year after year after year.
In 2 years he's done a lifetime for this organization and the Cards.
Please, in all of god's wisdom, sign Green up for as long as he wants.

Exactly, yet the Browns with less talent, playing in a tougher conference / division, and started a rookie QB the last half of the season is drafting 2 spots behind Denny's team! Thus far Denny has done nothing more than that other "winner in town".

Why? Wild Cards has the goods and certainly the desire!! Unless of course Denny has wised up and shunned him too!!
