In response to this, I have only a few things to say.

I really hate USC. I do, and for absolutely no reason whatsoever. They are Pac-10 rivals of Stanford, the school whom I have the closest ties with, and purely on a football level, the ignominious beat-down they hand out every year to us hurts. I have never been happier since the day Stanford beat them at the Coliseum. It was amazing.

BUT

I have nothing but respect for Pete Carroll and what he has done for that program. I think he is a fantastic coach, and doesn't deserve to be dragged through the mud in the same way that Floyd is being. Like it says, Floyd has been accused, Carroll hasn't. I don't think enough credit is given to the job that he does there, and it makes me feel dirty just saying this, but I've got to call it like it is. He is a great college coach, and I have nothing but respect for the man. Even if I do wish defeat on him every week :ha:
