I may be starting this thread prematurely, but I am keeping my eye out for Gabe Watson. He's fallen from a projected first round, to what may very well be the 4th. I'd imagine at that point he will be BPA.
Any other people you guys have your eyes on that have fallen?

Has Ko Simpson been picked yet? If not then he is my 4th round pick.

The only teams that a serious threat to Gabe Watson being chosen as of right now are:
#1) Dallas (on the clock)
#2) San Diego (next)
#3) Pittsburgh (right afterwards)
#4) New England (2 picks later)
#5) Cincinatti (they were supposed to take him in the first LOL)
All of those teams run a 3-4, or need a big DT.
Edit: Dallas traded their pick away, so no longer are they a threat.

VERY good pick by the Bucs. Stovall will help out their developing QB immensely.

Last big threat to someone taking Watson. The Giants are up...
I don't believe the Jets will take Watson.

It looks like we will have a good choice of DT's or FS's in round 4. I hope we land the player we think will contribute the soonest. Right now Pope is our only opening day starter from the draft. I think we should take the best FS available at #10 in rd.4. I hope its Ko Simpson! He will be a special teams starter and will see playing time behind griffin, and back up griffin in case of injury. Then I will PRAY that either Watson, Wright, or Williams is there for us in the 5th round. thats a great FS and DT combo

Simpson would be a great pick in the 4th if he's still there. Watson has a rep of being lazy and I am sick of fat lazy lineman.

Watch out for ANTIONE BETHEA in the 5th-7th.......pretty raw, but could prove to be a good backup at FS behind Griffith.

Right now the guys that would both fit a need, and go by BPA that have fallen are Simpson, and Watson.

Bathea in round 6 would be the biggest steal in the draft. I think we will go FS with our 4th rounder...but I wouldnt be mad if we gambled on getting Bathea in the 5th or 6th.

We still have some teams ahead of us that could easily take a FS or DT. Watson/Simpson are definitely not guarantees, and with the day over people will go back to take a look at who is still there. Those are the two guys head and shoulders above all the others left.
Well, Bing is in that group, but we don't want him. Hopefully someone before us takes him.

No.
It can almost be guaranteed someone will take him VERY early tomorrow. He's both BPA, and a HUGE OG prospect.
Whatever helps Simpson fall to us.

I'm hoping for Simpson in the 4th. Hopefully things still go the same and we get Lewis or Wright in the 5th. Then lightening will strike and we get stuck with Nande in the 6th and DeGory or Toledo in the 7th. I believe that would make this the best draft any team could ever imagine. We would take care of both sides of the ball. Then we would sign both Zemaitis and McClover as undrafted players. That happens, I'm buying the super bowl tickets now!!!

I said lightening would strike, i probably shouldn't have said that, i live in Florida. It was also a fantasy, because it would have helped take care of our holes in the defense a little too.

Too true, but other teams are running out of people to draft, too. Even if other teams suck balls at drafting. LOL

First heard about him on here, so I'd thought I'd give you Kudos for calling him out.
Just in training camp in 2006, he managed to beat out a three-year starter in Mike Doss, and he looks to be a permanent fixture at SS for us (Colts) for a couple more (at least) years.
Nice find.
