Ha ha ha ha ! Did you get a response ? Would love to hear about that .I loved what Warner brought to this team but even he was hot and cold ,with what was it 5 pics in one game ? You cant blame a fan for picking there favorite QB Skelton/Kolb and sticking with it .We all have an opinion here like it or not .So for the rest of you attacking the intelligence of others on this site for there opinion or choice is just wrong .If you don't like what your reading TOUGH .. move on this site is for everybody ,not just the chosen few.....We wont know the best man till like the Bye week anyway.

So after one pre-season game, does Kolb look comfortable in the pocket, have above average arm strength, appear to be making right reads or appear to be durable? It is only one game. It may be too soon to tell. Kolb has only had eight practices, and he had to share reps. You really cannot blame Kolb for Kolb’s performance.

Fortunately we have 4 more pre-season games for Kolb to really show us how great he is. Perhaps if Wiz names Kolb the starter now and gives him more reps in camp Kolb will improve.

Before you work so hard pouring cement into a player’s pedestal, you should wait and see just how good (or in Kolb’s case bad) the player actually is.

Like it or not, Skelton is the starter, either through competition or injury. Skelton is not the next Warner. Skelton may not even be the next Plummer, but neither is Kolb. At this point, Skelton has more room to improve than Kolb and he deserves the full support of the staff to see how good he can be. You do not have to love Skelton, but you do have to start getting used to the idea that Skelton will be the starter.

We are certainly getting closer and closer to that reality. When the time comes. I hope that most Cards fans put their full support behind the guy who is starting and this forum won't be as polarizing as it has been. After 2 more preseason games, we will know the direction the organization is going to take.
