Im not a doctor but thats odd to me that a wrist can knock a guy out for an entire season but CJ2K breaks his leg and still almost comes back and plays late in the year

I think it's yet to be determined how much time he could miss.
    The question of Daryl Washington.

One positive is that is early so they have time to address it. Bummer though

Depends on severity of break. When you have to set a bone, it takes longer to heal.

Jets already claimed him off waivers.

This thread has gone from the fact that he injured his wrist and probably needs surgery to the speculation that he's out for season.

    Here's a thought.

    Let's wait for

    1. The team to confirm the facts
    2. The Doctors to confirm the precise procedure needed and the likely time to both heal and rehab.

    1+2= the answer!
Time travellers are making being a fan hard for the rest of us.

But it's preseason! It's the time for rampant speculation and armchair quarterbacking!!! What's the fun in waiting for facts?!?

Im just thinking "in general" broken bones take 8-12 weeks to heal.

This happened 5 weeks out from Game 1. So if he has surgery asap, we might have him back week 4-5 which is plenty of time.
