    Default Cardinals re-sign Chris Johnson

    @JasonLaCanfora

    As predicted yesterday, RB Chris Johnson has agreed to terms with the Cardinals with David Johnson out indefinitely

    If Chris gets 100 all purpose yards in every one of the 15 remaining games, it was a great SK signing.

    I am not surprised Cards re-sign Chris Johnson. This team seems to put knowledge of system ahead of current talent level.

    If this was the purpose of your thread why not say so in the OP?

    Huh? The purpose of this thread was to report Cardinals resigned Chris Johnson. My second post was in response to someone elses posts. I have no clue what you're aiming at here.

    Joseph is the Cards goodwill police.

    Any perceived insult will be dealt with by Officer Joseph.

    Mama is real proud of him.

    I thought it was a straightforward simple question. You are the one who posted this:
    This team seems to put knowledge of system ahead of current talent level.
    . Which seems to question this re-signing. Are you questioning this resigning?

    Joseph,

    If he is not questioning the signing, I am...CJ has lost a step and was not thrilled with his preseason.

    I think he was signed as insurance until DJ Foster is up to speed...

    I think Matt Jones or Jonathon Williams would have been better choices and complementary to DJ when he returned...

    Just who out there us better than CJ right now ? Williams ? He is pretty much done and is older than CJ. The rest haven't really done anything except for maybe having one decent year. CJ isn't DJ, but he can still lug the ball and help keep defenses somewhat honest. He might not be the runner he was 4 years ago but he can still break and occasional run for 30 to 40 yards. He also is a heck of a lot better runner even at his age than AE. Mr. lets find a hole because I'm going to get hit.
