The thing is, and I know I'm probably in the minority, but I don't care where we draft.

Poor teams always have a high draft choices, good teams don't.

So why do perineal poor teams hardly ever get better while perineal good teams keep winning.

Well its simple. It's not about where you draft but how well you draft. In other words a team with top management that knows what they are doing.

Hoping for a high draft choice thinking that's all we need is a fool's wish.
    DING ! DING ! DING !

You sir have hit the proverbial nail on the head !!

The following is a list of all the draft picks made by Steve Kiem as GM and they are frankly underwhelming except for a few exceptions.

It is time for a coup and a regime change....Keim Out ! Arians Out ! Keim Out ! Arians Out ! Keim Out ! Arians Out !

lol..as Card fans we rarely need use of such acronyms..although we should be getting a #2 GOAT in the WR herd..

Our regular 4th rd pick goes to Chicago. We will have a compensatory 4th though.

Our 6th Rd regular pick goes to the Saints for AP. Not sure if we have a 6th rd Comp pick though. I think we do....

We will have 2 3rd RD picks, regular and Comp.

It has been posted we will get 4 Comp picks. But that is yet to be verified. Getting 3 Comp picks seems to be the consensus.

Not sure but didn't we get a conditional 6th from the Ravens for Tony Bergstrom? He appeared 4 times for them before being released and joining the 'skins.

Yes Fitz is a GOAT or dang near.

I have had the privilege of not only watching him play, but maybe a true GOAT, that being Larry Wilson. And by the way, he was a the 74th pick overall.

I have nothing against high draft picks, but if that is all it takes, the Browns should be going to the Super Bowl by now....

I really hope we can get into the to 5 but at worst stay within the top 10. Much easier to navigate if we love a QB.

You know looking at that list, there is only one bonafide star. David Johnson. Granted Markus Golden seems to be, but only one good year so far. I hesitate to put the Honey Badger in there. He looked like a star, but maybe not so much now.

There are others that with some luck may become stars...D.J. Humphries, Haason Reddick, Budda Baker, and maybe Robert Nkemdiche, but no guarantees. We'll have to see.

Sure Deone Bucannon has been solid, but hardly a star. After that you got mostly journeyman.

IMHO our drafting has been mediocre at best.
