I would like to have John Gruden or Jim Harbaugh as our next coach as both have previous NFL coaching experience and have taken teams to Super Bowls.

I am not sure if we have a real chance of landing either of these as coaches but one can always dream !

Mistake on the Buc's part. I like GRUDEN

Bettcher makes the likes of Jim Tomsula and Ben Macado both look like the second coming of Bill Belichick. The guy can’t even figure out how to beat offenses led by Tom Savage and Landry Jones. It would be as big of a embarrassment as ASU hiring Herm.

I am convinced that TM, Buc, Nkemdiche, Reddick, among others would do better with another DC
The guy is very short on experience and when he coached early it was Low LEVEL College teams.
He is outwitted, outfoxed, out smarted by most OC in the league.
The Tom Savage performance was enough to tell you we have the wrong guy.

Right. The guy heading a top 4 'D'; #1 against the pass; #3 against the run over the past 8 weeks is a *****.

If you want to point to a problem, look at the other side of the ball.

When they play well, it's the players.

When they play poorly, it's the Coach.

    Got it!

    For one thing,

I have not picked on Bettcher much until lately. Nor have I on BA.
In fact with BA I have given him the benefit of the doubt. He is stubborn
and needs to realize these asst. coaches are not going to get us to the Super Bowl.
Harold Goodwin and Amos Jones are another story.

You prove to me where they have improved this team?
They have had years not months. So show me!

I call the players out too. Stanton, Gabbert, Veldheer, Shipley to name a few

you really think Nkemdiche's problem is his coach's uh?

I don't think Bettcher is BB but the D is looking better and better. Surely that's a good sign.

Nkemdiche may be his own problem. But, someone needs to fix it
The defense is looking better and I have been easy for the most part on Bettcher.
Everything looks so vanilla to me and predictable. That is what I don't like seeing

    Here is a comparison

Arians and his assistants: Only Todd Bowles has gone on to be a HC
Harold Goodwin is not good enough to even call plays.
BA let Leftwich call them, Why hasn't Goodwin improved?

Coryell and his assistants : John Madden, Joe Gibbs, Tom Bass, Jim Hanifan, AL Saunders, Ernie Zampese,
Jim Mora, Rod Dowhower All were HC s The first 2 won SB's

Coryell never won a Super Bowl for the Cardinals, He was never given the players to win on defense.
but the guy could pick coaches.

Sounds like Gruden may be going back to Oakland.
