    Default Alex Smith traded to the Redskins

    Ian Rapoport
    @RapSheet
    The #Chiefs are trading QB Alex Smith to the #Redskins, source confirms (as @TerezPaylor reported). It involves picks and a player. Huge deal.

    Everything about this is weird.

    So Washington goes from having a young non-winner QB in Cousins....to now an old non-winner QB in Smith

    WHAT.THE.HECK.

    Anyways, 2 things are now clear:

    1. Cousins will be a Brown.

    2. Cardinals dodged a bullet.

    Haven't dodged the Bradford bullet. It's going to cost huge to move up in the draft.

    Bradford isnt going to cost $150M like Cousins. Id be fine with Bradford being our starter for 2 games before he hurts his knee.

    And moving up in the draft was always going to cost an arm and a leg. This Smith deal doesnt affect that. I said it in another thread, MASSIVE SLEEPER......AJ MCcarron. Watch

    Haha it is rather funny but honestly WAS has never won with Cousins so its not a huge blow imo.

    I wouldnt mind on the other hand of getting Cousins.With our D and David Johnson,he could blossums here?

    I doubt Cousins would go to Cleveland.He wants to win and wouldnt openly sign there imo.
    The more you care..the more it hurts.

    For the biggest payday in NFL history, Cousins would sign in Haiti. As he should. Winning is overrated. Larry cares about winning, but thats only because he has too much money at this point. Cousins is rich...but he isnt wealthy yet. This deal gonna give him some of that "no jail" money.

    And no lie....if I were a good NFL QB, I would want the challenge of playing in Cleveland. IF you are the guy who finally wins there, youll be immortal there forever
