You don't know what Matt would've done. Matt have(eventually) curled up in a fetal position for all we know.

I'm a big matt fan. Happy as you know what when we drafted him. But cards fans there is a reason he is not playing. Not sure whats wrong with warner and i say this with great respect but matt does not see the field the way kurt does. Everyone makes mistakes rally around warner. Matts time is almost here...but not now..Be careful what you wish for..you know the rest and the rest means starting from scratch

I vote true, just because Carolina had all their time preparing for Warner. The difference between Matt and Warner is speed and different roll outs options. We don't know what could have happened, but a team that is used to a slow, right handed QB might not have the same effect to a more mobile, weak side throwing QB...

That whole argument for Matt fell apart today. Can't expect him to be sharp when he doesn't even get reps with the 1st team.

Matt and Jay Cutler will have a lot to talk about after today's game...lots in common.

Seriously?? You think Matt hasn't had any playing time with the 1st Team? Whatever....I am sure there has got to be SOME time with the First Team when you are the #2....Coach Whiz is NOT that Stupid...nor any Coach....

I guess we can't make rash judgements based on one series, but I will anyway.

Matt Leinart looked like he was actually TRYING to throw an INT. The first one was luckily not an INT and got them a 1st down for pass interference. The second pass looked like he had no clue what he was doing, or decided to throw it do the DB instead of Fitz. No pressure at all back there, Fitz was obviously running a post route, I really can't figure it out.
