Default OK Cards, You're Turn To Turn The Tables

My Phillies returned to the World Series this year to defend their title and as we all know, they were defeated. So, what this means is that the Cards will return to the Super Bowl and win it this time! Agreed?

No. The Phils know who they are. The Cards have no clue.

So long as Cards make it to the dance I could care less what their record is.

If the Chargers can win a division at 8-8 and get praised for it then we must be freaking legends at reaching the Super Bowl at 9-7.

The Cards have pressure this year that they didn't have last year. They can't sweep the division and would lose a tiebreaker to SF if they don't win in SF in December. They still struggle to win games outside of the division and they won't be able to lose blowouts and still make it.

Yes, but this team is still learning. This team is not elite. You are correct in stating they dont know what they are. They are very young and quite immature. But this team has that rare ability to just flip the switch. For some odd reason, when they have to show up they show up. I will take that chance until this team is ready to take a step to the next level. Just because we reached the Super Bowl last year does not fix the many years of failure before that.

It's nice to know they were able to flip the switch...but they don't know how to keep it on.

Please remember opening day, and the Carolina game.

You have a team that "flips a switch", you have a team that doesn't finish the deal.

You have a team that play consistantly every week, like the Steelers, you have a team that has 6 rings.

Sorry. I'm not wavering here.
That Steelers team learned from years and years and years of discipline under Cowher.

This is only Whiz' 3rd year. It took Cowher time to make his team elite. Its not different with any other team. You cant go from the McGinnis, Green eras and then expect the team to be elite just because we had a great post season for the first time in our team's long history. It is going to take time.

I think we're on the same sheet of music...the Cards can play inspired ball but they have to find out where they want to be...because I don't hear any urgency to right the ship.

Um, dude:

@JAX-W
vs. HOU-W
@NYG-W

We've played 5 games out of our division. We've won 3 and lost 2 albeit the 2 losses were at home. Now change what you said to we continue to struggle at home and I'm with ya.
