Lions | Marinelli impressed by B. Davis Tue, 29 Jul 2008 13:00:39 -0700 Nicholas J. Cotsonika, of the Detroit Free Press, reports Detroit Lions head coach Rod Marinelli said LB Buster Davis has been a beast. "He's been a beast," Marinelli said. "He's been here every day. I asked him to lose weight. He lost weight. He's thinner. He's moving well. He's got real good awareness. Boy, he's physical now. He's a physical player." lol maybe if he grows 2 inches maybe next year. |

We said the same thing about him last year in TC. Then he got run over on every play for the whole preseason. We'll see.

Buster Douglas pulled off a huge shock when he knocked out Mike Tyson, but helping Detriot's defense this year would be an even greater shock.

I think he meant Busta Rhymes...that guy has been putting some weight on lately, no wonder Marinelli got him all in check.
