Take raw, pile of mush OL talent in later rounds and let the great Russ mold them into all pros. So far, I think, all of Russie's projects have a bright future.... and they always will.
I'm not going to argue your point on Russ.. I haven't been impressed with the guy.. but wasn't Sendlien one of his projects (undrafted rookie now team captian)? He has one success so far. I don't attribute College to him since we took him in FA but he is good too and fits our scheme so at least that worked..

So 2 down.. 3 more to go? Can Levi stay playing OK like the end of his contract season? Was this Snyder guy from the 9ers worth the money? Is Massie going to play to his Hype level or is he another Keith?

I get this feeling we're not going to see huge changes on the line this season in Pass Protect (maybe run though). I HOPE we just see improved QB play that can hide how bad parts of our line is.

Levi seemed slimmer at the scrimmage. I hope he can keep up his good work from the 2nd half of last season. Hopefully he has finally hit his stride.

I think he has to make those mistake now. It's the best way to learn. Both QBs need to be that way...

Not sure if I'm right, but didn't Kolb get his panties in a little wad and throw himself a pity party during the Manning courtship? That can be good or bad, depending on the person.

I agree with you that Sendlein is the one Grimm success story. Maybe there's more, I can't think of any. I won't accept Keith as a success story.

He took exception to how the Manning courtship was communicated to him. You are right. This can either motivate or have an adverse impact on him. A true measure of a man is how he acts under adversity.

Wrong, money has everything to do with this. Kolb wont make it past 4 regular season games with out being injured again.Leaving us with Skelton to pick up the pieces . Time to cut out the middle man who looks good on paper and practice .Kolb is not durable enough to make it past the first few games when it counts. You start Skelton and stop wasting reps on a wimp.....

Hahaha...

Newsflash: Skelton throws another highly inaccurate pass.

(It happens every second)

Pretty much. I wonder what the Vegas odds are on him going 4 games?
