Man whether it be Kolb or Skelton or Beanie or Williams, how does you completely trash talking another fan change anything about what pans out? I am a die hard Cardinal fan like I'm sure you are and I am SICK of seeing people talking like they run the team. News flash, we don't.. Root for your darn team like you've never rooted before and let's win some games eh? Go CARDS!!!!! BIRDGANG PS sorry if there are grammar or spelling issues in this post, posted on my phone.
Maybe I'm different, but spirited debate/disagreement is healthy. I'm enough of an old fart to think back on my career and the situations that were the worst were when apathy carried the day. When people were challenging each other and disagreeing and battling each other's ideas, good things happened.

If you work for a company whose management is coasting and treasuring harmony above all else, keep your ear to the ground for other opportunities.

If you're making a completely illogical post, I'm going to call you an idiot.

It may be harsh but maybe it will force someone to think twice and actually use reason and logic when typing arguments for their claim. I don't expect people to make correct suggestions or comments all of the time, but I do expect well thought out arguments. Instead I see a lot of people make a claim with no legitimate argument to back it up.

If Kolb or Skelton is playing bad, I'm not going to sit back and say, "well this guy is horrible, but we're all rooting for the same team, so i'm going to support him and agree with the people that support him."

If I wanted my opinion fed back at me, I would just record what I'm saying and hit play.

To say that we don't run the team is true, but our voices get heard. It is through the fans that sport reporters get questions and comments to give to the coach. Granted they may override our comments and concerns, but at least it might possibly make him think and be held accountable for his actions vs us gong 0-16 and we say, "YAY CARDIANLS!"
You may feel you reserve the right to call anyone an idiot but it's not going to happen on this message board. If someone makes a illogical post (by your standards) there are other ways to address that poster. Calling anyone an idiot or anyone calling you an idiot will result in infractions plain and simple.

Well Virtus, isn't that the reason for this forum? To debate, to discuss, to agree, to disagree, to complain? I am a very critical fan. Some fans can just sit back, take the losing, support whoever plays what position but to me, that is a loser's mentality. Just compare most Cardinal fans with let's say, Steeler fans or Cowboy fans. Two totally different mentalities as fans. We are getting there, our support has grown for this team. What do you want, a kumbaya circle?

Hopefully not!

A good discussion under fans is something great...

I don't know but as an European to find a American Football fan to discuss with is hard, most of the Europeans discuss about Soccer and some other sports but rarely about American Football, to find someone that is a Cards fan is like to win the Lottery(Italian/Russian or US-American).

So i if there is not a totally off flame-war ongoing its great that we can discuss here.

When it comes down to it I got my tickets and all of your opinions really mean nothing to me. I form my own opinion and that's that .The rest is just fun and games passing time until the season/game starts again...Thanks for being you .......

I for one would not enjoy a boring board! I enjoy the debates and the more spirited the better! I agree with cats that we should keep it clean and respect each other. Some of the best thoughts are those that are said during an argument as long as you keep a level head.

I'm 54 and I really enjoy this site. Enjoy the debates and understand we don't always agree on everything and I do wish the name calling of fellow posters would stop. Players and coaches are fair game as long as its clean imo.
I been a Cardinal fan since the mid 60's, but I'm one who believes you don't always have to agree with coaches, players or front office. Long time Cardinal fans like myself have endured many bad season and we are still here rooting for them.. its what we do.. Go CArds

I would even go further and say even our Cards would some day win 3 SB in a row there would be points of discussion here, because we have some guys here that are notorious bean counter ;) and that is somehow great ;) (because in fact you can only get better by finding what wasn't great in first place to optimize and get better and I mean better spectator or better hobby analyst)

That is funny. I see that kind of stuff happen and mods don't do a whole lot! And what is even funnier, is that this post will probably get deleted, and me banned!
